Lost in the deep Belgian wallifornian jungle, next to Los Angeliège, Mr Freeze tries to dissolve his craziness by the perpetual quest of the perfect beat.

Young and hearless, he got his first turntable as he turned 16 and despite of his parents who saw most of their lovely 33rpm, symbols of their lost freshness, smoked by their kid looking for scratch loops.

He scratched for 5 years then got into the djing art in which he tried to evolve. His influences are really various from Serge Gainsbourg to Flying Lotus, Kurtis blow, Ash-ra Tempel, Elvis Presley or Slugabed.

Mr Freeze’s sets are a condensate of all those things, using a real “old-school” mixing style by keepin' it simple without an effect-plethora or any other shiny things

He is not looking trying to make a genre revolution or dictate another one, but he tries to communicate with the audience with a varied and evolving selection.

As a complete assumed "bedroom dj", the Mixvibes contest #3 in collaboration with Ninja Tune offered him the chance to get away from his countryside and to show the world what he got behind decks on the same stage as worldwide famous artists.
