HID Protocol makes controlling more precise and richer than MIDI (though still possible). VFX 1.3 is fully integrated and premapped for Pioneer CDJ 900 and 2000, simply “plug and play”. HID protocol on VFX 1.3 offers ultra-precise controls, including jog wheel movement, loops, pitch bend and much more with the same genuine CDJ behavior and reactivity. LCD screens on CDJ players can display scrollable media base, artworks or waveforms. Pioneer CDJ 900 and 2000 users will be able to smoothly enjoy the creative power of VFX 1.3.

 

 

VFX 1.3 has been equipped with our ultra-accurate MixVibes BPM analyzer, to improve mixing quality and pleasure. Preview of video transitions can now be done before loading onto the track, for a better management of your performance. More than 20 controllers are premapped to control VFX 1.3 including MixVibes’ star bestselling controller: U-MIX CONTROL PRO. All other controllers can be mapped using the integrated MIDI Learning feature.

 

 

Audio and video files are now synchronized within each player and react accordingly. For example, a scratch, loop or rewind will impact both audio and video tracks simultaneously. Also a track repeat function will replay both media in an endless loop.

 

 

It is an alternative to ASIO drivers which allows VFX 1.3 to communicate directly with one or multiple Soundcards without needing any drivers at all. In addition you can operate WASAPI in share mode.

 

 

VFX’s look and feel has been modified and improved. No other DJing/VJing software offers such technical capacities combined with such smooth ergonomics. Media management, transitions, preferences and plenty more have been improve for your comfort and ease of use. A new workflow Display has been developed to give fast access to essential features. 3 work flow steps are accessed with one click or keyboard shortcuts.
